Movement is important for our lives. If our movement is limited in any way, we may need support.

We all keep ourselves moving to some extent. We move daily to do things; we may walk around our homes or to the shops.
Some people like to check how much they move each day, for example counting steps, or make take part in physical activities at the gym or dance, some take part in training programs.
Some people cannot move as freely or as easily as they would like to. This may be since birth or due to an incident or health condition, or simply the aging process that reduces our ability to move.
