I am 77 in June , my wife died last January, my daughter lives at home but works full time which means I have to do most of the house hold chores plus the shopping.

In October 2012 I had a full knee replacement  but unfortunately it has not gone well for me and I am still having to have physio for it and also more physio for my back, all this has happened because of Osteo Arthritis which I also have in my hips and ankles.

I have a car which I can drive localy but it is expensive,i have a blue badge and that helps in as much as it can save me walking too  far, I get very bad back pain after walking about 30 yards.

When I was young  I never envisaged  that I would end up like this as I had always been a very active person and have  mostly done very physical  heavy work.

So I am looking for advice about any benefits I may be entitled to,
