My name is Tim Neil. I am a new volunteer for Blackwood and I'm looking to write a piece relating to opinions on the availability of public transport for those with disabilities. I live in Aberdeen, Scotland and will be writing this potential piece from my own perspective in some regards. However I would like to get some potential opinions from people in other areas.
