hi, I live in bath and there is a HMV shop and it has no lift meaning that for someone like me who is a wheelchair user i am only allowed to enter the second floor and there are three floors in the shop. i have talked to the manager and all he said and i am quoting "i have not got £15,000 in my pocket!" I'm not asking him to have £15,000 in his pocket im just asking for them to consider talking to their bosses and for them to consider putting a lift in. the manner that i was treated was rude. surely there is a law that states that every shop needs to have a lift?
