I recently was reading over on Gamecentral on the metro website (http://www.metro.co.uk/tech/games/) about a disabled gamer's problems with some of some modern game pad/controllers. I think it was the Xbox 360 controller but I may be wrong about that. Some of the buttons were difficult for him to reach and or press down.

I was wondering if this is a problem for any of you out there and how you get around the problem? Is there any solutions that you've got for disabled gamers out there?
