As anticipated Perth & Kinross having introduced charges for use of their 'aids in the home' have increased the charges by 5% this year.  For me this is £66+ per year.  If people with disabilites have equipment such as hoists, electronic controls, seat risers etc, it is deemed OK to charge them, whereas if they were'ill' no charges would be made for a bandage/plastercast/crutches from the NHS.  This is discrimination.  ~Come on people - raise your voices! next time it will be you.
