Just thought I'd share this one.  We had discussions at a couple of our workshops about how difficult it can be to open medication blister packs.  At the following workshop a similar discussion started and someone pointed out this device.  You simply place it under the foil on the blister pack and break the seal with the serated tip.  The medication then drops into the cup.

looks good - where do you get it?

 

I haven't got one but we did track it down online.  It's called a 'Pil-Bob' and it's made by an Australian company.  Their website is www.webstercare.com.au

No email address on the web site but they do have a 'fill in this form to email us' section.

have seen these some service users have brought them in with them on their respite stays , very handy gadget
