Where: 135 Portobello High St, Edinburgh

There is a small step and no ramp so you can’t get in and the staff don’t seem to be interested in changing this. Not good!

How they could improve would be to educate staff and get a small portable ramp. The store itself is large and spacious so it wouldn't be an issue if you could get in and if the staff were willing to help with this.
