Small world indeed. I heard about this when I was judging their entry for a SSSC Care Accolade and was very impressed (obviously can't say anything about the outcome....there were lots of great entries). I just think there is a huge opportunity for this sort of online community. You are far more likely to get good sensible advice from folk that have experienced what you experienced than from 2nd or 3rd hand sources. This goes for professionals struggling with the their own bureaucracies as well as service users and carers. Pure dead brilliant in my view.
