About me....

I'm 37, married and have a type of Muscular Dystrophy which causes my body to be floppy and my bones are stuck in certain positions - which ensures we have an endless array of things we have to design and alter in our daily lives. I blog about our designs and adaptations on my web site and like talking to other people who have modified things to suit them better.

My key interests are in the design of hygiene equipment, toilets, bidets, bathing and shower solutions. My husband engineers bespoke items for my wheelchair which now has more mods than original parts!
