A 5th edition of the well established guidebook Access in London, has just been published.
See: www.accessinlondon.org
It was researched by visit, by disabled people, and covers accessible accommodation (from 5 star hotels to backpackers hostels), getting around (with several maps, and a look at TfLs future plans), together with an 'access' description for the main sights, shops and sports grounds.
Its 372 pages include a Good loo guide and map for central London, and a comprehensive Index.
It is the only source to combine and integrate information about where to stay, how to get around and how to get into London's main sights/sites from the viewpoint of a disabled visitor.
The previous editions were published in 1984,1989, 1996 and 2003.
Much of the information is of use to London residents, as well as to visitors.
