On Stand B74 at the 30th Anniversary Mobility Roadshow (27–29 June, Telford International Centre), the award winning mobility specialist TGA will be launching its new Vita Lite mobility scooter, which delivers many aspects of the popular Vita range in a highly compact, manoeuvrable design.

The current Vita range, that includes standard 3 and 4-wheelers, Midi, Sport and ‘X’ off-road models, has proven to be hugely successful across the UK as it combines the latest in cutting-edge styling, performance and comfort. Ideal for owners looking for a less traditional-looking compact scooter, this new Lite version displays all the hallmarks of Vita styling and delivers an eye-catching statement for owners when out and about. TGA Vita’s are superior to other mobility scooters in terms of technology and looks as they successfully harness advanced engineering techniques from the motorcycle industry. All round suspension with revolutionary rear mono shock absorbers, high visibility long life LED lights and advanced LCD tiller control panels are standard throughout the range and are now included in this new Lite version.

The Vita Lite represents a breakthrough in compact mobility scooter design that is suitable for users who prefer an entry-level model. Following on from the successful unveiling of the lightweight, folding Minimo scooter at Naidex National, TGA is delighted to be debuting a further pioneering model at The Mobility Roadshow in Telford. Both the new Vita Lite and Minimo have been developed to effectively meet the growing market trend towards smaller, compact designs whilst intelligently encompassing features normally associated with larger scooters.

The Vita Lite is ideal for users who have limited storage space at home and need a scooter that is easy to drive around town. The new Vita Lite has an impressive user weight capacity of 135kg (300lbs), a top speed of 6mph (9.6kph) and its turning circle is only a mere 1020mm – hence the ideal manoeuvrable mobility scooter for urban use. The Vita Lite has a 25km (15.5 miles) range and is powered by 2 x 36Ah batteries, a 400w motor and a high quality S-Drive controller. Storage is easy as the Vita Lite only measures 620 x 1195mm but still provides ample legroom of 320mm. The high grip tyres and robust alloy wheels provide consistent traction and safety is enhanced with the inclusion of anti-tip side castors and a ground clearance of 85mm.
