At Naidex last week I saw this bathroom installation at one of the stands and it really caught my eye. 

The arm rests are light enough that they can be moved without trouble but strong enough to hold a person's weight (which is after all the whole point of having them).

But the real kicker for me was the sink which easily swings out to meet the user whilst still sat on the toilet. I can then be pushed back out of the way with equal ease. The point I gather is to facilitate the process of going to the toilet for people with mobility issues.

It might not sound terribly exciting but I thought it was a good idea and the presentation of it on the Ropox stand was very nice. What you don't see in the video below is that at Naidex the same sink, when it was pushed back, could fit comfortably into a furniture frame on the wall to make it look like a normal sink.
